Meet Beth
I’ve spent much of my career helping people move ideas forward, solve problems, and navigate change.
Home REady Renovations brings that experience together with my background in real estate, renovation, and project management.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 25 years as a professionally trained coach, facilitator, business leader, and entrepreneur. That experience still shapes the way I work today. I listen, ask questions, keep people informed, and pay attention to the details that can make the difference between a project that feels scattered and one that keeps moving.
Through my work in real estate and renovation, I’ve seen firsthand how quickly a home project can become difficult to manage. There are contractors to coordinate, bids to compare, products and materials to select, budgets to watch, schedules to manage, and many decisions that need to be made along the way.
That’s why I created Home REady Renovations.
I work with homeowners and real estate professionals to develop the overall direction for a project, solicit and coordinate contractor bids, establish budgets, select products and materials, manage schedules, and oversee progress through completion. When a home is being prepared for sale, I can also coordinate decluttering, packing, staging, repairs, and improvements to help get the property ready for market.
My background as a Realtor® gives me perspective on how renovations and improvements affect a home, whether the goal is to enjoy it for years or to prepare it for sale. I also serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth, an organization whose work and mission are especially meaningful to me.
At the heart of Home REady is something pretty simple: I want homeowners to have someone they can rely on to keep the pieces connected, the project moving, and the details from falling through the cracks.
Even Little Beth was a multitasker!
